This illustrated map presents the Philippine Islands during the postwar period of the mid 20th century. Dated 1945, the work reflects the geographic representation of the archipelago at the close of the Second World War and during the transition toward Philippine independence.

The creator of this map is currently unidentified. Historical maps from this period served as visual records of geography, transportation, and political boundaries in the Philippines.
